Our team of leadership coaches have studied the world-leading Masters in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and are ICF accredited, so you can be confident of our expertise. We don’t just teach conversational skills or set SMART goals and transactional action plans, we work at a deeper level with our clients to cultivate insight, understand motivators and narratives, and create new perspective – in a way that is accessible, inclusive, supportive and fun!

Jess is a passionate and engaging leadership development specialist and and experienced senior leader who has worked across people development, workplace relations, operational leadership and business development. As a seasoned leader, Jess has led high-performing teams and departments through start up, transformation and high growth agenda for one of Australia’s fastest growing professional services firms and a multi-award winning business (Employsure). Jess has consulted across diverse industries and led initiatives in project roles across all three tiers of government, leading projects in employee engagement, change, learning events, capability frameworks, leadership development strategy and executive alignment.

Jess combines her real world leadership experience with a behavioural science and psychology lens to support her clients. She works with evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies, drawing upon the latest research and insights to ensure relevant and impactful learning experiences. She partners with organisations, teams and individual leaders to strengthen leadership capability, strategic alignment, team performance and organisational culture. She brings a deeply authentic and human approach to engaging with her clients, has a passion for challenging the status quo and works to expand every leader’s tool kit and perspective.

Jess has a Masters of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, a double degree in Business Management/Arts from the University of Queensland and holds accreditations in The Leadership Circle 360, Strengths Profile and DISC.

Jo is a leadership and organisational culture specialist, with a broad range of experience as part of the Executive Team of Evolve Housing and head of Leadership & Development at Employsure - and, in her previous life, as a commercial lawyer advising brands including Nike and Virgin.

Jo blends her commercial experience with a psychology-informed approach to help clients build the perspective, behaviours and skills necessary to tackle the talent challenges facing today’s leaders and build lasting change. She has led multiple cultural and organisational change initiatives, including award winning talent development and cultural change strategies (involving leadership development programs, vision and values initiatives, performance ecosystems, graduate programs and skills academies). At an Executive level, Jo delivers strategic workshops, group coaching and 360 reviews to identify and overcome barriers, create shared goals and improve collaboration and innovation.

As a coach, Jo uses a blend of cognitive-behavioural and positive psychology to help clients understand what drives them and shift their perspective. Building on this deeper self-awareness, she then works to empower clients to create habits and systems that support achievement of their goals. Jo advocates for a focus on wellbeing as the foundation to sustainable performance and facilitates surf therapy session (with Waves of Wellness) to introduce people to surfing and evidence-based strategies to support mental health.

Jo is an Associate Certified Coach with the ICF, with a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology at the University of Sydney. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws, Agile and PRINCE2 Project Management and Lean Six Sigma certification and is accredited to provide DISC Advanced Behavioural and Strengths Profiles.

Teresa has over 20 years experience as a business development, communication and marketing executive (EY, CapGemini and MinterEllison), working locally, inter-state and overseas within start-ups, mid-size businesses, and national and international organisations. Teresa now utilises her commercial knowledge to support clients in growth and transformational change leadership across a broad range of sectors, including banking and finance, legal, transport, advertising, telecommunications, government, tertiary education, healthcare, and not-for-profit.

Teresa draws on evidence-based psychology methods including cognitive behavioural, positive psychology, adult-development, personality profiles and complex adaptive systems. Her practical and supportive approach helps coachees reflect and work through challenging feedback and performance issues, through to supporting high performance individuals seeking to stretch for developmental growth.

Teresa is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and has a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (Communication). She holds accreditation in The Leadership Circle 360, Strengths Profile and Hogans Assessment.
