So what is culture? Well, it’s a bit like the wind. You can’t see it, but it affects everyone and everything in your organisation, blowing you in the right direction or forcing you backwards.

Shifting culture is one of the most challenging aspect of organisational change, because you can’t mandate it from the top. Culture is a social movement, co-created through your team’s expectations, everyday behaviours and interactions in working together towards a shared purpose.

One day company-wide inclusive workshop to articulate a shared vision and identify core values which support its achievement. Groups deep-dive to identify how each core value shows up as observable behaviours to create a team charter around their expectations of each other.

Performance ecosystem

Creating a performance system is a complex cultural change initiative. Starting with identifying the core values which drive strategic success. It’s then crucial to creating a shared understanding of what these look like as observable behaviours through a series of learning interventions, before embedding these as the foundation of individual performance metrics which informs recruitment, remuneration and succession planning.
