Leadership is one of the hardest gigs around and can feel overwhelming and lonely. But great leaders are not born with superpowers, instead they see leadership as a continuous journey of self-development and intentionally put themselves into situations where they learn, adapt and grow in order to motivate and support others.

Our programs help leaders develop the mindset, behaviours and skills they need to thrive on this sometimes scary but rewarding journey, by harnessing the power of reflection, social learning, active experimentation and play! We also provide you with practical tools to help apply your new skills in the flow of work to creates sustained change.

We support all stages of the leadership journey, from first-time leaders grappling with the shift from being a high performer to someone who supports high performance – to Executives who need to elevate to a system-level perspective in order to think strategically, leverage operational drivers and enhance organisational collaboration and alignment.

Leader as Coach Program

Targeted skill mastery program for leaders to strengthen their conversation and coaching capability in a peer-learning environment. Run over 2 x full days it prioritised experiential learning and practice to transform each leader’s approach to dialogue and create a communication culture.

Leadership Foundations Program

6 month program to support first time leaders build the mindset and skills necessary to support high performance, covering effective conversations, coaching, problem-solving and change management. Delivered through experiential, social-learning focused workshops, with ongoing learning nudges and tools to help apply these skills in real life.
